     Grommes~Precision is based in Franklin Park, Illinois and is on Central Standard Time. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm.

If you have a Grommes product in need of servicing, please call 1-847-599-1799 for a valid RA number, as well as shipping and pricing information. Only those units with authorized RA numbers can be processed.

    The Repair Center is open weekdays from 8:00am to 4:00pm Central Standard Time. The nature of the problem dictates when you'll receive your unit back in working order, however, on average, the typical turnaround time is approximately three weeks.
